Announcement about Organizational Change and Changes in Directors’ Responsibilities
Kurita Water Industries Ltd. hereby announces the establishment of a new division and changes in its directors’ responsibilities, effective as of December 3, 2007. Details are provided below.
1. Organizational change
A new KS Project will be established to install Ultrapure Water Supply Business and provide Tool Cleaning Business to Sharp Corporation and other manufacturers at their new plants to be built at the LCD panel manufacturing complex, located in Sakai, Osaka Prefecture.
2. Changes in directors’ responsibilities
