1. Consideration regarding the reduction of minimum investment unit
Kurita recognizes that reducing the minimum investment unit is one of the effective measures to revitalize the stock market by improving the liquidity of its stocks and expanding the investor base.
2. Policy for reduction of minimum investment unit
Kurita will consider reducing the minimum investment unit of its stock, comprehensively taking into consideration trends in the stock market, the level of Kurita's stock price, the composition of shareholders, and the trading volume of Kurita's stock, as appropriate.
