Announcement of Changes in Corporate Auditor
Kurita Water Industries Ltd. is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors, at a board meeting on May 30, 2012, informally approved the following changes in corporate auditor. These changes are expected to be formalized at the 76th annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 28, 2012, and the subsequent the Board of Corporate Auditors.
