As announced in the "Notice of Absorption-type Merger of Wholly Owned Subsidiary" released on October 30, 2020, Kurita Water Industries Ltd. (Head Office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President: Michiya Kadota) absorbed Kurita Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, on April 1, 2021.
The purpose, summary, and other details of the merger remain unchanged from those announced on October 30, 2020.
