Kurita Water Industries Ltd. (Head Office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President: Michiya Kadota; hereinafter "Kurita") announces that with the COVID-19 coronavirus currently spreading in Japan, its measure under which its officers and employees at offices and plants in Japan work at home has now been extended to April 30, 2020, from the initially planned end on March 31, 2020.
Kurita will continue striving to curtail the infection spread and will make every possible effort to prevent interruptions in the supply of its products and services to customers. It will make decisions on its actions on and after May 1 based on an assessment of the situation.
