Announcement of Changes in Representative Directors (Appointment of New President)
Kurita Water Industries Ltd. is pleased to announce that a meeting of its Board of Directors on February 28, 2023 resolved to make the following changes in representative directors.

２．Reason for Changes
The Kurita Group will begin to execute a new five-year medium-term management plan in April this year. Taking this opportunity we will change its management to accelerate the expansion of its "service business," which contributes to solving social issues and the creation of new businesses based on the global business foundation that the Group has established, aiming to realize its corporate philosophy and corporate vision through sustainable and long-term growth of the Kurita Group.
