Notice Regarding Completion of Acquisition of Shares of Pentagon Technologies Group, Inc. in the United States
As announced in "Notice Regarding Acquisition of Shares of Pentagon Technologies Group, Inc. in the United States (to Make It a Subsidiary)" on December 26, 2019, Kurita Water Industries Ltd. (Head Office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President: Michiya Kadota; hereinafter "Kurita") signed an agreement to acquire additional outstanding shares of Pentagon Technologies Group, Inc. (Head Office: California, U.S.), which operates a precision tool cleaning business.
Kurita today announced that procedures for the acquisition pursuant to the said agreement were completed on April 1, 2020 (PST). As a result, Pentagon Technologies Group, Inc. is now one of Kurita's consolidated subsidiaries(*).
