Notice Regarding the Status and Completion of Acquisition of the Company's Stock

(the Company) announces the results of acquisition of the Company's stock in accordance with Article 156 of the Companies Act applicable pursuant to Article 165, paragraph 3 of the said Act, and the Company has completed the acquisition resolved at its Board of Directors meeting held on February 28, 2017.
