Notice Regarding Compliance with the Corporate Governance Code
Kurita Water Industries Ltd. (the Company) announces that it has resolved to comply with Japan’s Corporate Governance Code formulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange and set Corporate Governance Policies.
- The Company will follow all the principles specified in Japan’s Corporate Governance Code formulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange in an effort to establish its corporate governance.
- The Company will follow each of the principles in accordance with the Corporate Governance Policies.
