Kurita Water Industries Ltd. (Head Office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President: Michiya Kadota; hereinafter "Kurita") announces that it has closed and changed the name of some domestic offices.
The Kurita Group has three business domains, namely water treatment chemicals, water treatment facilities and maintenance services, which are its strength. Leveraging this strength, the Group provides customers with comprehensive solutions by making full use of a range of technologies, products and services. Kurita's consolidated subsidiaries in Japan are also driving the transformation to service business based on comprehensive solutions. As a part of this move, Kurita will undertake a partial transfer of its operations to Kurita Kitakantou Co., Ltd. and Kurita Kanto Ltd., its consolidated subsidiaries in Japan. In addition, Kurita will take the following measures for certain of its domestic offices to ensure the efficient operation of the offices in relation to the absorption of the former Kurita Engineering Co., Ltd. that took place in April 2021.
