Announcement of Changes in Members of the Audit & Supervisory Board
Kurita Water Industries Ltd. announces that a meeting of its Board of Directors on March 30, 2016 resolved to make the following change in members of the Audit & Supervisory Board. These changes will take effect on June 29, 2016.
The appointment of the new member of the Audit & Supervisory Board is expected to be formalized at the 80th annual meeting of shareholders scheduled on June 29, 2016.
