Notice Regarding Market Purchase of the Company's Stock and Completion of Acquisition

Kurita Water Industries Ltd. (the Company) announced today that it has acquired the Company's stock as follows, under Article 156 of the Corporation Law applicable pursuant to Article 165, paragraph 3 of the said Law, and the Company has completed the acquisition resolved at its Board of Directors meeting held on October 29, 2010.
