Kurita Water Industries to Close its Singapore Branch
Kurita Water Industries announces that its board of directors met on March 27, 2009, and decided to close its Singapore branch. The company will work toward a closure date around mid-June 2009.
Looking ahead, Kurita will further expand its business in Singapore through consolidated overseas subsidiaries Kurita (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (established 1978; water treatment chemicals business) and Kuritec Singapore Pte. Ltd. (established 2001; ultrapure water supply business).
